Mbah Surip, Popularly Known With "Tak Gendong" Died At 60

Mbah Surip Tak GendongMbah Surip who was phenomenally popular through his unique song of "Tak Gendong" reported died on Tuesday (4 / 8). The man with the typical style of the rastafarian hair reported died because of a heart attack.

Previously, Mbah Surip, who was born in Mojokerto, East Java, 5 May 1949, reported swoon and unconscious on Sunday (2 / 8) evening, after return from the show in Yogyakarta. According to Farid, one of his assistants, Mbah Surip got ill due to fatigue because of his performance schedule was too much.

"Mbah Surip got sick because of drinking an iced water. Does not seem to match with his stomach, he was felt pain on his stomach that is quite a bit and there's a symptom of fever, "he said.

Until this news was revealed there is no official information from related parties. Also says, remains of Mbah Surip alias Urip Aryanto at this time is in the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, Jakarta.
